You’ve heard this from me before. I love my red that has some connection
to Stephen hill. Maybe .

Our best glaze, red orange is now ugly brown with no red. Old buckets
don’t work any longer. New mixes don’t produce red.

It seems to be about the lack of natural red iron oxide or natural red iron
oxide. The synthetic crocus Martis is not effective for me any longer .
That is sold by u s pigment. They don’t have any that is not synthetic.

Do any of you know of a trove of natural red iron oxide or crocus? Or a
couple of cups?

So so disappointing to lose this glaze!

Rox. (Any help? I used Texan talc. Would that matter? I used bone ash for
gardening. Would that matter?)
