FUNNY… BUT NOT SO FUNNY!!!

When I was in Art School I took 3 semesters of Jewelry  before I switched to clay. I was standing next to a girl with long hair & we were both polishing our piece of jewelry , this  was right after our teacher had gave us a lecture about safety ( specifically put your long hair in a bun or pony tail ) WELL... as you can imagine her hair got caught in the grinder & her head slammed into the grinder wheel, cutting her forehead. I calmly reached over & turned her wheel off. The teacher came over reminding her about what he had just lectured the class on   (SAFETY!! )  So he grabbed some scissors to cut her hair off that was wrapped around the spindle…. NO DON’T CUT IT!!!   So the teacher slowly , by hand turned the wheel backwards & unwound her hair, sent her to the nurse for a bandage. AN ACCIDENT WAITING TO HAPPEN!!! Mike Gordon
