[Clayart] Soft pots and mailing... Rox

Be very careful of " UPS shipping agents" If they ship a pot and it gets broken UPS will only pay for the pot if they find it was packed properly and the breakage was UPS's fault. Had to go to small claims court to recover my money from one so called shipper after UPS denied the insurance claim. 

As a caveat that was years ago so maybe it has gotten better but my actual UPS office does not do packing.
