[Clayart] Getting Orange Peel texture using only soda

Sorry, Robert Harris,

it was you, on this forum, who told me that you have been successful in
obtaining an orange peel texture in your SODA kiln, by spraying when cone 9
is down, and shutting down immediately.  Has anyone else experienced this
orange peel phenomenon with soda I wonder.  Maybe I do not have to retrofit
my soda kiln with skinny hardbrick slices inside to accommodate salt after
all...
