[Clayart] part of our farm is for sale

the family is selling bob's house, barn and workshop..four acres.
that includes our wood kiln and one stoneware kiln....on their property.
the house is a wreck, septic is old, well is old and it all needs roofs

there is a wonderful barn, and a heated very nice big studio.

they are asking 100,000, but it will not sell for near that.
the 55 acres that surrounds me has been sold and will be put
into tree farms, open areas, sort of park land. it will go to the
state when the fellow dies...we do not hunt any longer...it is now
a bird sanctuary.   so, i get my cake and eat it too. i always wanted
to do that...so, someone else is paying for it. and, i have total easement
to the park.  he will be planting trees etc on my upper land too.  so we
have a nice agreement.  he would have purchased my land too, but with
my wife with alz's, if she had to be in a facility, they would take the
big chunk of cash...so, it is better for the future to not sell it.
 
it is listed on zillow, 28, 1  1/2 street, clear lake, wisc.
it would be a great starter place for a potter, family, but
needs work.  and, you would be next door to me, my family and
hay creek camp....the land is heavenly...and the river is wonderful.
i would love to have a loving, cooperative artist buy the place.
